This is a people-focused role where you'll be helping both candidates and local businesses.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Delivering an excellent customer experience to candidates and clients.
Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact.
Speaking with candidates to understand their skills, experience and career goals.
Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Writing engaging job adverts and promoting vacancies across job boards and social media.
Searching for candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and our database.
Arranging interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Keeping candidate and client records accurate and up to date.
Learning how to build relationships with local businesses and identify new opportunities.
Working alongside experienced consultants while developing your own client and candidate network.
Working towards individual and team targets with plenty of coaching and support.As part of our small, friendly team, you'll gain experience across every aspect of recruitment, giving you the opportunity to learn quickly and develop your career.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administration or another customer-facing role would be an advantage, but your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure clients receive tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
Provide training sessions or webinars to educate clients on new features or updates that enhance their experience.
Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements.
Develop strategies for increasing customer retention rates through proactive engagement initiatives.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, issues resolved, and follow-up actions taken.Experience

Proven experience in customer success or account management roles within the financial services industry or related sectors.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Analytical skills to interpret data insights, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
Knowledge of financial services products, processes, or compliance standards is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse clients and internal teams.
