The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Your New Role
As HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders across the business to drive people initiatives that support organisational objectives, employee engagement, and business performance.This is a varied role offering a blend of strategic partnering and hands-on delivery, including:
Building strong relationships with senior leaders and providing commercially focused HR advice.
Supporting the delivery of people strategies aligned to business goals.
Partnering with Centres of Expertise including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
Coaching and supporting managers on a range of people-related matters.
Leading and supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
Reviewing and enhancing HR policies, processes, and employee experiences.
Contributing to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting international and multi-site stakeholder groups where applicable.What You'll Need to Succeed
We're interested in speaking with experienced HR professionals who enjoy building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving business-focused people solutions.You will ideally have:
Experience operating as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
Previous experience in professional services, consultancy or accounting organisations would be advantageous.
Experience working with geographically dispersed or international teams is beneficial.
