Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 07:00 to 19:00
The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.
Salary: £29,511 per annum
On top of this we offer performance based Pick Bonuses with earning potential up to an extra £1200 per month for high performers
What you'll be doing:
Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Experience working in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous
Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.
Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
Strong organisational skills.We operate a Banked hour contracts based on an average of a 40 hour week - £29,511 per annum.
