No two days will be the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming telephone and email enquiries from clients
Creating and processing bookings accurately and efficiently
Delivering personalised service tailored to each client's individual needs
Providing expert knowledge, support, and guidance throughout the customer journey
Liaising with internal departments to coordinate special requests and ensure a seamless experience
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic contact centre environment
Acting as a true ambassador for the brand and consistently embodying its values and service standardsWho We're Looking For

You'll ideally have experience working within a luxury or premium environment where delivering a world-class customer experience is at the heart of everything you do.

Essential Requirements

Native-level or fluent French, both written and spoken
Fluent written and spoken English
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to deliver service with warmth, confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentIdeal Backgrounds
