Duties of a Vehicle Paint Sprayer:
* Complete all paint tasks to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Accurately interpret technical instruction data and work within provided schedules
* Safeguard vehicles and their contents while in the bodyshop
* Ensure all vehicles are inspected and returned in line with safety and quality standards
* Follow best practices and procedures for repairs
* Use all paint mixing schemes, drying equipment, and tools accurately
* Complete jobs within estimated paint times and meet team targets
* Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager for any unclear or incorrect work orders
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Requirements of a Vehicle Paint Sprayer:
* Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred
* Strong, relevant experience as a Paint Sprayer considered if qualification not attained
* A full UK driving licence with minimal points
* Proven ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment
* Motivated, reliable, and a good team player
* Individuals with ATA accreditation would be highly advantageous, but this is not essential
