Servara Ltd are partnering with a well established maintenance contractor based in Cornwall to recruit an experienced Plumber to deliver high quality responsive maintenance works within occupied domestic properties. This role offers stability, variety, and the chance to make a real difference to customers in their homes.

Plumber duties will include:

Attending pre booked appointments within occupied properties
Completing a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks
Carrying out all associated works required to finish each job to a high standard
Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults efficiently
Logging, updating, and recording job information using a smartphone or tablet The Plumber will need:

A recognised Plumbing qualification or proven time served experience
Previous experience in a similar maintenance or domestic repair role
Basic competency in additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, and painting
Strong communication skills and a professional approach with customers
A clean driving licence
