Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and identifying new opportunities? We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join a growing team, helping generate new business, develop customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales, customer service or an office-based role who is looking to develop their commercial skills and build a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails and other business development activities.
Respond to inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads, converting interest into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
Manage opportunities throughout the sales process, from initial contact through to closing the sale.
Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline information within CRM systems.
Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to wider team objectives.
Identify opportunities to develop existing customer relationships and generate additional business.
About You
Previous experience in sales, customer service or an office-based role, with a genuine interest in developing a career in B2B sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with customers over the telephone, via email and through other channels.
A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the motivation to generate new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.
