This full-time position has the potential to pay on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) for long-term candidates. However, if you are looking for short-term flexibility, we also offer daily supply roles paying £130 - £160 per day for candidates who prefer day-to-day work or as a fallback option while permanent posts settle. Core Responsibilities
As a dedicated Early Years Teacher, you will guide children through key developmental milestones:
EYFS Planning: Deliver engaging indoor and outdoor continuous provision aligned with statutory frameworks.
Early Literacy & Numeracy: Lead creative phonics and baseline maths sessions in an inclusive Ellesmere Port classroom.
Child Tracking: Conduct formative assessments to track learning journeys and share progress with parents in Ellesmere Port.
Inclusive Nurture: Foster emotional confidence and positive behaviour through child-centred education and training.Candidate Requirements
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent early childhood credential.
Demonstrable experience working as an Early Years Teacher in Nursery or Reception settings.
A strong commitment to personal development and ongoing professional education and training.
