We're partnering with a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance and facilities operations within a highly regulated production environment.

This role could suit an experienced Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader who is ready for their first management position, or a hands-on engineering professional with strong technical expertise and leadership potential who wants to progress their career. Equally, experienced Engineering Managers looking for a new challenge in a purpose-driven industry are encouraged to apply.

You'll play a key role in ensuring critical manufacturing equipment, cleanroom facilities and site infrastructure operate safely, reliably and efficiently, while leading a team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and developing engineering and maintenance teams.
Driving equipment reliability, uptime and preventative maintenance programmes.
Supporting site compliance within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Managing engineering projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborating with production, quality and senior leadership teams.
Ensuring facilities and utilities remain fit for purpose to support business growth.What we're looking for:

Engineering leadership experience or a clear desire to step into a management role.
Strong background in maintenance, engineering operations or facilities management.
Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical, medical device, food, chemical or similar.
Cleanroom experience is essential.
A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.What's on offer:
