Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a practice administrator to join the friendly, hardworking team within a high street accountancy practice, that prides itself on exceptional client care and attention to detail.
The Role:
On boarding and meeting and greeting clients face to face and over the phone
Booking meetings, scanning, and dealing with post.
Managing the client database - sending reminders for upcoming events
Liaising with relevant organisations such as Companies House and HRMC
Filing of company accounts, confirmation statements, tax returns and more
The Ideal Candidate:
Exceptional front of house client service skills
Comfortable answering calls in a professional manner
Experience in an office environment (Ideally in financial services)
Proactive and willing to support the team where required
Proficient with MS Office databases
