The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Team Horizon is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist for a client in Dublin. The Continuous Improvement Specialist is a key member of the Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering team. The role acts as the CI business partner for assigned areas, supporting deployment and sustainment of improvement routines in line with the site's management system.

What you will be doing:
* Support assigned areas in daily management, standard work, structured problem solving, process confirmation, and improvement routines.
* Independently facilitate problem-solving sessions, workshops, and improvement activities with cross-functional groups.
* Coach Yellow Belt and Green Belt candidates, project sponsors, process owners, and team members on improvement tools, project governance, and sustainment.
* Promote productivity ideation and CI culture by identifying, scoping, proposing, and initiating improvement opportunities aligned with business priorities.
* Deliver assigned improvement projects from problem definition through implementation, benefit validation, control planning, and sustainment.
* Use data analysis to accelerate problem solving, understand KPI performance, identify drivers, and quantify improvement opportunities.
* Partner with Industrial Engineering colleagues to understand relevant capacity models and use capacity insight to identify opportunities and quantify improvements.
* Liaise with CI and Business Performance Specialists to ensure valuable operational KPIs are reflected in digital dashboards and related performance tools.
* Support rapid process analysis and improvement using appropriate digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools where practical.
* Complete any other tasks or projects assigned by the Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering Lead for AD
What you need to apply:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, or related field.
* 3–5+ years' experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, or Project Delivery.
* Hands-on Lean and/or Six Sigma project experience (certification desirable but not essential).
* Experience with structured problem-solving methods (DMAIC, A3, RCA, Kaizen).
* Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel; Power BI, SQL, or Power Query is an advantage.
* Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and driving improvement initiatives.
* Knowledge of daily management, standard work, and Lean tools.
* Experience in pharmaceutical, GMP, or regulated manufacturing is preferred.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and change management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver sustainable business improvements
