As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a specialist within your market, building relationships with candidates and clients across Germany and Europe. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where you'll learn to influence, negotiate and close deals.
What you'll do:
Source and interview candidates across Europe
Build and develop client relationships (including winning new business)
Manage processes end-to-end: briefings, interviews, offers and placement
Negotiate and close deals
Develop into a market specialist with clear routes to senior/leadership rolesWhat we're looking for:
Fluent in German
