The school provides a supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to engage positively with their education and achieve their potential.
The school is looking for a Cover Supervisor from September, with full-time, part-time, short-term and long-term opportunities available. ⏰
The successful Cover Supervisor will work across secondary year groups, supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-prepared work and maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment. ✅
⭐ The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
Experience working with secondary-aged pupils
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confidence supervising and engaging groups of pupils
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A flexible and adaptable approach
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
