Role Overview:

As the Global Marketing Manager Partner for Sustainability, you act as the strategic marketing partner to the global Sustainability business, translating business priorities and market opportunities into a clear and impactful marketing strategy. You develop and orchestrate integrated marketing plans that strengthen TÜV SÜD’s positioning as a leading partner for sustainable transformation and generate measurable business impact.

You serve as the bridge between the global Sustainability business, regional Marketing Managers and marketing specialist teams, ensuring global strategic alignment while enabling relevant regional activation. Based on deep understanding of sustainability trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape, you identify growth opportunities, shape market propositions and ensure effective go-to-market execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Strategic Marketing Partnership: Translate Sustainability business priorities into a focused global marketing strategy and roadmap.

* Market & Customer Insights: Identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities to inform marketing priorities.

* Positioning & Value Proposition: Develop compelling positioning, messaging and value propositions for the Sustainability portfolio.

* Global Go-to-Market: Develop and orchestrate global campaigns and go-to-market initiatives for priority Sustainability topics.

* Regional Activation: Enable Regional Marketing Managers to adapt and activate global strategies in local markets.

* Performance & Optimisation: Define KPIs, track marketing impact and optimise activities and resource allocation.

* Thought Leadership: Drive TÜV SÜD’s positioning and visibility on priority sustainability topics in collaboration with brand and communications experts.

* Cross-functional Orchestration: Align Sustainability, Sales, Regions and Marketing specialist teams to ensure effective and integrated execution.

Essential Criteria:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sustainability, Economics or a related field

* Professional experience in Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, Communications or a related field.

* Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a complex, international organisation.

* Experience in Sustainability, ESG, Energy, Climate, Technology or related industries is preferred.

* Strong experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies linked to business growth and customer needs.

* Ability to translate business priorities and customer insights into compelling propositions and measurable marketing outcomes.

* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across a complex, global matrix organisation.

* Strong analytical capabilities and ability to use market, customer and performance data to prioritise activities and demonstrate impact.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and compelling messages.
