Logistics Administrator

Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual interested in joining our latest production facility located in Fareham, Portsmouth, to work within a newly formed team of 5, Some of the tasks the job will entail are:

• Managing all Daily Outbound & Inbound shipments

• Prepare and check all shipping and customs documentation

• Manage freight-forwarder relationships, pricing and service performance.

• Work with Brokers to clear Inbound shipments.

• Support Customers arranging self-collection

• General Administration tasks

Experience: 3+ Years experience in Logistics or shipping administration is required, Strong Computer Skills, strong Understanding of ERP experience with Syteline would be advantageous, Flexible to role as will include General supporting admin tasks to daily operations.

Hours: Monday -Thursday 07:30 – 4:30pm Friday 07:30 – 1:30pm (30 Minutes Lunch break (Monday-Thursday)
