Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, experienced, and commercially astute Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead an established commercial department.
The role involves working on a range of prestigious high-end construction projects across Norfolk, with project values ranging from £100k to £10m, including period restorations and contemporary new builds.
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the commercial performance of projects while also providing project management support. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and oversee the commercial management team, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high standards across all commercial functions.

The ideal candidate will:

* Be confident reading technical drawings and developing practical engineering solutions
* Hold a formal qualification in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
