Our client is a well-established main contractor, renowned for delivering healthcare and higher education projects across Central London.

We are assisting them in their search for a Site Manager to help deliver a number of projects ranging from healthcare to higher education, with project values ranging from £1m - £10m, located in and around Central London. Start ASAP.

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering healthcare and higher education projects for a main contractor, with a similar job value.
