We're looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to support a busy and growing transportation business based in Leyton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team and play a key role in supporting high-profile clients and senior executives.
The Role
📅 Start Date: 1st September
📍 Location: Leyton, E10 (Fully Office Based)
⏳ Duration: 3-6 months ongoing
💷 Pay Rate: £14.80 - £16.00 per hour (dependant on experience)
🕒 Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week, Monday-Friday)
⏰ Shifts available between 9:00am and 8:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support to the team
Managing incoming emails and telephone enquiries
Assisting with accounts administration
Producing reports and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Supporting day-to-day office operations
Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and business contacts
We are looking for:
Strong administration and customer service experience
A confident and professional telephone manner
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Confidence using technology and learning new systems quickly
Experience using QuickBooks (Desirable)
