Are you a highly organised administrator looking to join a successful legal firm in the heart of the City? Our client is seeking an Administrator to support a busy and collaborative legal team based in the City of London, in brand new offices offering hybrid working! This is a great opportunity to kick start your career within administration. Our client offers training and development, and progression routes throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to a team legal professionals
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
Dealing with incoming enquiries from clients, via phone and email
Preparing, formatting and filing documents
Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Supporting the day-to-day running of the officeWhat We're Looking For:
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
An enthusiastic, positive and pro active approach to work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
