Communicating production schedules, targets, and results to the team
As a Production Team Leader, your experience will include:
Proven experience working in a Manufacturing or fabrication environment
Strong knowledge of press brake and laser operations
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a production team
High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
