Due to continued growth and a number of internal promotions, an exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their successful commercial team. This role offers genuine long-term career progression within a well-established and forward-thinking business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with new build housing experience who is looking to further their career with a leading developer and a major name within the industry.
The Role
Managing costs across residential new build developments
Procurement and management of subcontractors
Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Working closely with operational and technical teams
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and programme
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the new build housing sector
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple developments simultaneously
Excellent communication and organisational skills
