What you will do
- Manage full lifecycle of assets and inventory, including procurement, audits, and disposal to ensure efficient utilization.
- Handle expense reconciliation, compliance checks, monthly withholdings, and offboarding documentation.
- Oversee business licensing, permits, renewals, and annual filings, coordinating with authorities for compliance.
- Coordinate project administration, temporary warehouse resources, and promotional welfare reimbursements.
- Streamline administrative workflows, manage site logistics and employee activities to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
About you
- Previous office management and project management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
