What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent major brand partners through face-to-face customer engagement
- Build confidence in sales, business development, and client relations
- Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to team targets
- Strengthen essential skills including communication, negotiation, and leadership
- Take part in mentoring, strategy meetings, and ongoing development sessions
- Progress through a structured graduate pathway with clear advancement opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or career starters with ambition and drive
- Degrees in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields are advantageous
- Confident communicators with a motivated, competitive mindset
- Individuals eager to learn, grow, and earn based on performance
