The Opportunity
As Workshop Supervisor, you will lead a team of 5-6 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5 - 6 engineers

Drive productivity, quality standards, and operational processes

Oversee service operations across two sites

Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives

Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers
About You

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader
*
Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment
*
Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components
*
Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites from timeto time
