Description

Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain the purchase ledger, including reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries.
Assist with month-end processes, including reporting and reconciliations.
Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Ensure proper record-keeping and document management for audit purposes.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.Profile
