Cruise or travel industry experience would be an advantage for the role, however our client are happy to consider candidates with experience in a fast paced, sales environment, looking to move into the travel sector.

Role of Cruise Sales Advisor:
* Handle a mixture of inbound sales calls and Web site driven leads, identify customer needs using a sales approach
* Build rapport quickly and recommend tailored cruise-and-tour holiday packages
* Present complex, high-value itineraries with confidence and expertise
* Create meaningful customer engagement, overcome objections, and close sales
* Offer alternative solutions when original itineraries do not align with client preferences
* Meet or exceed KPIs
* Complete booking administration with precision and compliance
* Collaborate within a high-energy sales team to drive collective performance
* Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and premium customer journey
* Adhere to call centre compliance standards, including ABTA regulations, and data protection policies
Skills required for the role:
* Highly motivated salesperson who is results orientated
* Proven sales history with the ability to hit company KPI’s
* Ability to identify with customers, establish rapport and build relationships
* Has the ability to thrive under pressure
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Flexible in approach and able to work weekends and extended or additional hours to suit business requirements.
* Cruise / travel industry / call centre experience is an advantage but not essential
