The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman with a strong Carpentry background to join our team on high-end residential projects across London.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to be "on the tools" while ensuring the site runs smoothly, safely, and to the impeccable standards our clients expect. You will be the bridge between the Project Manager and the subcontractors, ensuring that architectural visions are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities

On-the-Tools Leadership: Actively working on-site (primarily carpentry/joinery) while overseeing daily operations.

Site Management: Managing small teams of tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure deadlines are met.

Quality Control: Maintaining an obsession with detail, ensuring all finishes meet high-end residential luxury standards.

Health & Safety: Ensuring the site remains compliant with all H&S regulations.
*
Problem Solving: Tackling on-site challenges effectively to keep the project on track.
Requirements
*
Trade Background: You must be a qualified Carpenter by trade with extensive experience in first and second fix.
*
High-End Experience: Proven track record working on luxury residential refurbishments or high-spec new builds in London.
*
Leadership: Experience leading a team or acting as a Working Foreman/Lead Carpenter.
*
Tools & Transport: Must have your own full kit of professional tools and a reliable way to travel to various London postcodes.
*
Certifications: Valid CSCS card (Gold/Blue preferred). SSSTS or SMSTS is a significant advantage.
