The Project Manager will support projects from early planning through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the process. The consultancy is particularly interested in a Project Manager who is confident in a client-facing environment and enjoys managing multiple stakeholders. The incoming Project Manager will benefit from exposure to a diverse range of projects rather than being limited to one sector.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will support and manage projects throughout their lifecycle, assisting with project planning, procurement, design coordination, construction and handover.
Responsibilities will include managing programmes, coordinating consultant teams, attending and chairing meetings, monitoring progress and maintaining regular communication with clients.

The successful Project Manager will have:
A minimum of 2 years' Project Management experience within a construction consultancy
Strong client-facing experience
Exposure to residential, hotels, leisure, heritage or arts projects
A relevant construction-related degree
Progress towards, or membership of, RICS, APM or CIOB
Good knowledge of the construction project lifecycle
Strong organisation and communication skills
