Our client is seeking two enthusiastic and skilled Commercial Contracts Managers to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. What You'll Do:

As a vital member of the Commercial Contracts team, you'll play an essential role in:

Providing expert commercial contract advice to internal stakeholders.
Negotiating contracts with external parties to ensure alignment with business goals.
Reviewing and managing multiple large tender opportunities while assessing risks.
Coordinating and drafting comprehensive tender submissions that effectively communicate the business's position.
Advising on contractual rights and obligations, and managing variations to contracts.
Navigating public procurement legislation and providing guidance on contractual queries.What You Bring:

To excel in this role, you should have:

A degree or equivalent, with a preference for qualifications in commercial contracts law (e.g., IACCM, CIPS).
Significant experience in contract law, particularly with high-value complex goods and services (£5m+).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to draft and negotiate contracts effectively.
Knowledge of public procurement regulations and data protection matters.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Key Attributes:
