Forever Education is partnered with a high-achieving secondary school in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit a Religious Studies Teacher that can teach across KS3, KS4 and 5 depending on experience.You will need to be able to a practicing catholic ideally, or willing to support the catholic ethos. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2026, directly employed by the school (not a supply or fixed-term contract).

PERSON DETAILS – Religious Studies Teacher
* Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
* Able to deliver the Catholicism paper for GCSE
* Ideally a Catholic or willing to support the Catholic ethos.
* ECTs welcome: 1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, in-house and out of house training and more
* Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
* Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
* You must be able to work as part of a large team of Religious Studies Teachers
* Must be willing to listen to feedback
