Sales Administrative Assistant – Part Time
Location: Chandler’s Ford
Hours: 9.30am – 2.30pm, 4 days per week
Salary: Dependent on experience

Are you friendly, organised and confident dealing with customers?
We’re looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Chandler’s Ford. This is a varied part-time role combining customer service, sales support and administration, with hours that offer a great work/life balance.
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, both in the showroom and over the phone. From responding to enquiries and following up warm sales leads to arranging appointments and supporting the Group Sales Manager, no two days will be quite the same.
What you’ll be doing
* Covering the showroom and welcoming customers
* Answering inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
* Contacting warm sales leads and arranging appointments
* Liaising with customers regarding remedial works and keeping them updated
* Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
* Completing general sales administration
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Group Sales Manager
About you
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and well organised, with the confidence to communicate with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
You’ll be comfortable juggling different tasks, keeping on top of administration and providing a helpful, professional service to customers.
Previous experience within administration, customer service, sales support or a similar customer-facing role would be an advantage.
Working hours
The role is 9.30am – 2.30pm, four days per week, offering a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours and a good work/life balance.
There can be some flexibility around which four days are worked for the right person.
