Our wonderful client, a well-established educational setting, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or further develop their career within education.
Duties:
Act as the first point of contact for staff, parents, visitors and external agencies
Maintain accurate student records and update the college's management systems
Provide administrative and clerical support to staff across the college
Prepare and distribute letters, reports, forms and other documentation
Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Carry out general office duties, including filing, data entry and correspondence management
Support student admissions, attendance administration and the smooth day-to-day running of the college office
Ensure confidentiality is maintained and all tasks are completed in line with college policies and procedures The Ideal Candidate:
DBS on file or willing to undergo a DBS check
Previous administration experience is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Professional and confident telephone manner
Able to manage and prioritise a varied workload
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
