Description
Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.
Manage system updates, patches and routine maintenance tasks.
Ensure data security and backup protocols are consistently followed.
Assist in the configuration and installation of hardware and software.
Maintain accurate records of system changes and user support requests.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements and provide solutions.
Support the implementation of new technologies and system improvements.Profile
A successful IS Systems Administrator should have:
Strong knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with system updates, maintenance and data security practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with users and other departments.
