What You'll Do:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff. Your role will be vital in creating a positive atmosphere in their educational environment. Your responsibilities will include:
📞 Answering and directing phone calls with a smile
👋 Greeting visitors warmly and providing assistance
📅 Managing appointments and scheduling meetings
📚 Assisting with administrative tasks and record-keeping
✉️ Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
🎉 Supporting events and activities as neededWhat They're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
A friendly and approachable demeanour
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus!
