Core Responsibilities
In your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will guide pupils through their individual learning plans:
1:1 & Small Group Support: Adapt daily activities to suit the learning speed and sensory requirements of pupils in Ellesmere Port.
Behaviour & Sensory Strategies: Implement positive reinforcement techniques and de-escalation methods to maintain engagement.
Collaboration: Partner with class teachers, speech therapists, and SENCOs to track individual milestones in Ellesmere Port.
Classroom Inclusion: Encourage social interaction and help build pupil independence during classroom routines.Candidate Profile
