Skills & Experience:
* Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change quickly
* Must demonstrate a sense of urgency
* Understanding of manufacturing processes and product/process development cycles
* Understanding of regulatory compliance issues, environmental and safety issues and regulations.
* Competency in various computer-based software applications (i.e. SAP, MS Office, etc.).
* Ability to accurately interpret and respond effectively to financial data. (I.e. cost standards, variance reports, etc.)
* Ability to demonstrate basic technical and mechanical initiatives regarding manufacturing equipment.
* Fully competent in oral and written communications and strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to effectively convey Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Education:
* Educated to GCSE standard or relevant Vocational Qualification preferred
* Demonstrate an aptitude for technical / analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, with excellent written and verbal English Language
* Experience in a manufacturing operation, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Hours of work
Either 4 x 12 hour days, Monday to Thursday, 4 x 12 hours nights, also Monday to Thursday or 3 x days Friday to Sunday. SHIFTS DO NOT ROTATE.
