The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer ready to take the next step in your career?
Our client is looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join their team, providing hands-on maintenance expertise while supporting the day-to-day running of the Maintenance Department.
You'll be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, supporting technicians and contractors, ensuring high Health & Safety standards, and helping to keep site facilities operating safely and efficiently.

The Role
*Supervising and supporting the Maintenance Team
*Planning and prioritising routine and corrective maintenance
*Supporting contractors, shutdowns and project work
*Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance standards are maintained
*Identifying opportunities for plant improvement
*Ensuring maintenance systems and documentation are kept accurate and up to date
*Taking responsibility for day-to-day maintenance performance
The Candidate
*Instrumentation qualification - Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3
*Good working knowledge of electrical systems
*4-5 years' relevant maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity
*Experience within oil & gas or a similar industry
*Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Strong problem-solving ability
*Proactive, reliable and able to work under pressure
