The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Men’s Graphic Designer to join a busy design team. Our client is a highly respected, trend lead global supplier of private label and branded products, looking to strengthen their team with a creative Designer. You will ideally have 2 years + years of experience working in the Fashion industry and be ready for your next exciting career challenge
The role will involve the following:
* Developing seasonal graphics across several in-house brands for printed t-shirts, fleece, woven shirts and Christmas character graphics
* Working to customer briefs to present relevant graphics that satisfy their style and colour direction for both UK & global contract customers.
* Creating technical packs for sample development and fine tuning with colourway options for production (full training will be provided).
* Creating style profiles for ordered styles to be raised by our merchandise department.
* Liaising with our offices and suppliers abroad.
Requirements:
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar men’s graphic design role.
* Strong creative design skills with a basic understanding of garment construction.
* Excellent Illustrator CAD skills. AI skills would be a bonus.
* Strong communication skills.
* Commercially aware with a good eye to adapt high street trends and colour.
* Exceptionally well organised with good attention to detail.
