The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Brief Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-quality security fencing and perimeter protection projects across the UK. This is a key role responsible for managing projects from initial site survey through to successful completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This role will involve national travel/ working from home with 1 day in the office in the North West.

Oversee several fencing projects at once, from initial survey through to final handover
Visit sites early on to assess requirements and support material planning
Put together practical project programmes, timelines, and budgets
Keep projects on track, resolving issues quickly where needed
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure materials arrive on time
Make sure all work meets agreed specifications, standards, and regulations
Ensure all site activities follow current UK health & safety requirements
Check that installations meet the expected standard before completion
