Role: Disability Assessor
Eligible Occupations: Adult Registered: RGN, RMN, RN, RNLD, Occupational Therapist (OT), Physiotherapist (Physio).
Location: Oxford (Hybrid – mix of homeworking and local office assessments)
Salary: £50,000 - £51,000 + 5% Training Completion Bonus + Quality & Performance Bonuses
£2,000 one of bonus upon completion of training.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (No weekends, no nights, no bank holidays)

What You’ll Be Doing
Conducting telephone and face-to-face assessments
Reviewing medical evidence and clinical documentation
Producing detailed, objective reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
Assessing how health conditions impact an individual’s daily living and mobility Please note: this is a non-advisory role with no treatment, prescribing, or hands-on care involved.
Who We’re Looking For

Applicants must have:
Active NMC / HCPC registration
Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
Strong communication and report writing skills
