Your new role
This is a varied, front-facing position where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of client spaces, meetings and events. You'll act as a key link between teams and clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and on the day. You'll also play a part in organising events, resolving any logistical challenges, and making sure all facilities and services are delivered to a consistently high standard.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring previous experience from a corporate or hospitality-style environment where delivering outstanding service has been a priority. Confidence using technology, particularly within meeting or presentation settings, will be key, alongside strong organisational skills. You'll be someone who naturally builds rapport, stays calm under pressure, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
