SEO Copywriter

We're looking for an SEO Copywriter to join a growing digital marketing team, creating high-quality technical content that helps educate customers, improve search visibility, and support business growth. This role would suit someone who enjoys getting to grips with complex topics and transforming them into engaging, informative content that performs well in search engines.

The Role

You'll be responsible for producing well-researched, accurate, and engaging content across a range of technical topics. Working closely with internal teams, you'll develop a deep understanding of products, services, and industry trends to create content that informs readers while supporting SEO objectives.

From keyword research and content planning through to writing, publishing, and performance analysis, you'll own the entire content creation process.

Key Responsibilities

Research and write high-quality technical content for websites, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns
Translate complex technical information into clear and engaging content
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices
Develop content strategies that support organic search growth
Analyse content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Research industry trends, technical developments, and customer requirements
Create content that supports customer education and lead generation activities
Work collaboratively with marketing and technical teams to ensure content accuracy
Follow structured content processes and editorial guidelines What We're Looking For

Previous experience in copywriting, content writing, journalism, or technical writing
Strong research skills with the ability to quickly understand technical subjects
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Interest in technology, engineering, electronics, automotive, manufacturing, or other technical industries
A proactive and analytical mindset Desirable Experience

Experience writing technical or specialist content
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Content marketing or digital marketing experience
