WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, TRAINING:
We offer staff workshops to help sharpen your skills and prepare you for your new role. Free seminars to deepen your knowledge and introduce you to passionate ambassadors in education who want to share their passion. Ongoing training to support your development through free CPD courses. Classroom Recruiters believes in going the extra mile to support staff.
THE TYPE OF WORK AVAILABLE:
Depending on your level of experience, we have part-time and full-time roles available. We also have day-to-day work available for those between jobs, wanting flexibility, studying, or undecided on what permanent role to take next. Some schools will offer you a contract straight away after a successful interview, better known as temp-to-perm. You would work a short period through Classroom Recruiters as part of your probation period.
OUR CLASSROOM AMBASSADORS:
Our Classroom Ambassadors are seasoned educators and SEN specialists, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of teaching assistants. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every workshop, creating a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive.
CRITERIA FOR APPLICANTS:
Passion for Making a Difference: You must be dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with special needs.
Location: Must be able to work in the Belper area.
Training Commitment: Must attend an induction morning at our head office in Long Eaton.
Safeguarding: Must pass our rigorous vetting procedures to ensure the highest standards of child protection.
