Our Client leading furniture company based in Haydock, and we are seeking a dedicated Driver’s Mate to join our delivery team. You will work closely with the driver to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality furniture to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the loading, unloading, and safe transportation of furniture to customer homes.
* Ensure all deliveries are completed on time, with exceptional care and attention to detail.
* Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery interaction.
* Assist with route planning and ensure all safety measures are followed.
* Handle delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in furniture delivery or a similar role is an advantage.
* Physically fit, as the role involves lifting and handling heavy furniture.
* A professional, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
* A team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service.
