We are currently recruiting Full-Time Teaching Assistants for a range of supportive and welcoming secondary schools across the Wirral. These roles offer an immediate start and are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed day to day.
The Role:
Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
Help create a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
Support students with a range of needs and abilitiesWe're looking for someone who:
Has experience working with young people (school-based or transferable experience)
Is enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive
Has strong communication and behaviour support skills
