Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools

The Role

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and within whole-class settings.

Adapt confidently to different schools, classrooms and year groups.

Build positive relationships with pupils and staff while promoting a supportive learning environment.

Follow school policies and contribute to maintaining excellent behaviour and engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous Teaching Assistant experience within a primary school.

Confident supporting children across different primary year groups.

Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one.

Flexible, reliable and able to travel to schools across the Thanet area.

A positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
