Our client, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business during a rapid period of growth!
The team is collaborative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of the administrative function leading a team of 3 whilst reporting directly into the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
All Administration on behalf of the Sales Manager
Ensure the sales tracker is up to date at all times
Produce weekly pipeline forecasts from the sales tracker
Inbox management
Book internal and external meetings
Pull sales information and
Lead and manage the internal sales administration team
Use of MS Office Requirements:
Administration skills
To have managed a sales pipeline
