The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £22.50 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on domestic properties, and be comfortable working with UPVC.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Installing kitchens within void properties
*
Carrying out reactive maintenance on void properties
*
Hanging doors and fitting skirting
*
Fitting and repairing UPVC windows and doors
*
Installing fencing and fence posts
Experience required:
*
Experience required in Social Housing
*
Ideally have experience with UPVC
Working hours:
*
37 hours per week
*
Monday – Thursday, 8am-4pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm
