Requirements:
Food hygiene level 2
Chef whites
Own knives (preferable, but not a requirement)
Experience of planning menus (Ensuring all dietary requirements are considered: vegetarian, gluten-free etc)
You must adhere to food hygiene regulations and make sure the kitchen is compliant with food safety legislationBenefits:
