You must have experience working with fibreglass, Polyurothane and adhesives, as you will be defining and leading manufacturing processes using these materials.
This position would suit a Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in production or assembly environments who enjoys leading projects and improving manufacturing processes. It will appeal to someone who is confident working cross-functionally, driving innovation and delivering practical engineering solutions within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Design for Manufacture activities to ensure efficient production of new products
* Deliver capital equipment and manufacturing improvement projects from concept through to implementation
* Support new product introduction through industrialisation, pilot builds and process validation
* Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, performance monitoring and root cause investigations
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to manufacturing and production teams
